How to use Back2Sleep
Your complete step-by-step routine
Follow these simple steps every evening and morning to use, clean and store your Back2Sleep nasal stent safely.
Open the package
Take the Back2Sleep kit out of the packaging, check that all components are included, and read the instructions.
Wash your hands
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the tube.
Apply the lubricant gel
Apply a very thin layer of lubricant gel on the tip of the tube — never inside the tube — to make insertion easier.
Insert correctly
Stand in front of a mirror and gently insert the tube into your nose, making sure the metal clip is centered and horizontal.
Sleep comfortably
Once the tube is properly in place, you can sleep normally through the night.
Remove and rinse on waking
When you wake up, gently remove the tube and rinse it under lukewarm water.
Boil to sterilize
Boil the tube for 2 minutes to sterilize it, ready for the next use.
Lift out with a strainer & store
Lift the tube out with a strainer to avoid burns, let it dry, then store it safely for next time.
Always read the instructions for use before first use. Do not use if the package is damaged.

Find your fit
How to find your size
First, check the packaging is intact. Like shoes, everyone has their own size — in the evening, start with the smallest tube (S) and work up until it’s comfortable and effective.
The right fit
Open your mouth in front of a mirror — the tip should extend 1 to 1.5 cm behind your soft palate, just below the uvula. When the length is right, the tube sits comfortably and works as intended.
If it feels too short
Significant discomfort, the uvula sticks to the tube, the tongue pushes it out and mucus blocks it often — so it's ineffective. Choose a longer size.
If it’s too long
Marked nausea and epiglottis discomfort. Choose a shorter size.
Sleep with it: if it’s comfortable and reduces snoring, that’s your size. Note it (S, M, L or XL) to reorder the matching monthly pack from your pharmacist, distributor, or online.
