What is Back2Sleep?
Back2Sleep® is a nasal stent that is inserted through the nose and reaches the veil of the palace. It helps maintain regular breathing preventing the obstruction of the airways that causes frequent awakenings, sleep apnea and snoring.

This silicone tube is designed with a flexible material that is as soft as the skin. Designed to be discreet, it took 10 years of research to create Back2Sleep®, which now opens the way to an innovative treatment for snoring and sleep apnea syndrome, by limiting constraints as much as possible.
4 references developed for your comfort and greater efficiency
For optimal functioning, the tip of Back2Sleep must reach the soft palate, close to the uvula.
To minimize discomfort, we have designed 4 different lengths. Each tube is inserted either in the left nostril or in the right. One tube is enough, choose the most comfortable nostril.
Generally, the longer you tolerate a Back2sleep without generating a gag reflex, the more effective it will be.
Very easy to use!
Back2Sleep is very simple to use, here are the recommendations.
Open the packaging
Inspect and remove kit items. Read the leaflet carefully.
Boil
Place the stent in boiling water for at least 2 minutes and empty into a colander. Allow to cool before touching the tube.
Apply the lubricant
Wash your hands and apply a very thin layer of lubricant to the first 5 cm of the stent to be inserted.
Insert Back2Sleep
Facing a mirror, insert the lubricated part of the stent while breathing normally. The metal part of the clip must be horizontal, in order to clip onto the central part of the nose.
Sleep quietly
Go to bed with your Back2Sleep inserted. In the morning, carefully remove it from the nose by gently pulling it.
Reduce constraints
Our goal
Our team of engineers and doctors has focused on the treatment of snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS), the consequences of which on everyday life and health are serious. They are also the cause of many road accidents.
Our goal is to reduce the constraints of existing treatments. In its desire to improve people's lives, Back2Sleep sought to develop a device to eliminate these constraints.
The Back2Sleep® concept was born.
Existing treatments
Mandibular advancement orthoses push the jaw forward to free the air passage at the level of the pharynx. They have a limited effect on the obstruction of the soft palate and their pressure on the teeth can lead to dental deformities and musculoskeletal disorders.
So far, only the reference treatment with a continuous positive airway pressure machine has proven its worth, but few people accept the constraints (wearing a mask, dependence on an electrical power supply, noise, etc.)
The Back2Sleep solution is discreet and silent.
Once inserted it is completely forgotten. It is perfectly adapted to the morphology and as soft as the skin. It does not force the teeth or the skeleton. It does not cause pain or deformation.
It is very compact and easy to transport, it does not require any power source. It is the next generation natural solution against snoring and sleep apnea.
