Sleep apnea causes repeated pauses in breathing during the night, reducing oxygen levels and disturbing restful sleep.
Untreated sleep apnea can increase the risk of stroke, heart disease, and other serious health conditions over time.
More than 175 million people in Europe and 22 million Americans suffer from sleep apnea, with many remaining undiagnosed.
Back2Sleep™ is a CE-certified medical device with clinically proven effectiveness, helping users breathe more comfortably.
Made to fit comfortably into your nightly routine.

Back2Sleep™ is a soft intranasal stent inserted in seconds before bedtime. It gently reaches the soft palate and helps keep the airway open, allowing air to flow more freely and supporting quieter, more regular breathing throughout the night.
Take everything out of the package and wash your hands.
Put a little lubricating gel on the first 3 cm of the tube — never inside the tube.
Facing a mirror, gently slide the tube into one nostril, metal clip horizontal. Open your mouth — the tip should just poke past your soft palate. That means it’s positioned right.
Go to sleep (max 10 hours). Next morning, gently pull the tube out.
Rinse by hand under warm water for ~30 sec until all mucus is gone, then disinfect 2 min in boiling water, fully submerged. Lift out with a strainer, let it cool and store in a clean, dry place.
Replace the tube every 30 days; check with a doctor before first use.

Back2Sleep™ — 188 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France.
Back2Sleep™ is a flexible intranasal stent that maintains a stable airway throughout the night.
It naturally bypasses the area that collapses (soft palate) and reduces obstructions that cause snoring and micro-awakenings.
No machine, no noise, no jaw movement – just a smoother airflow that lets you breathe and sleep soundly.
Back2Sleep™ helps many users suffering from mild to severe snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnea (AHI 15–30) by improving airflow from the very first nights.
Results vary from person to person, but 92% of users report a noticeable improvement in their sleep.
The medical-grade material used is extremely flexible, designed to disappear once in place.
The first few nights may feel new—this is normal. Most users report that they no longer feel it after a few minutes.
If discomfort persists, it is advisable to choose a more suitable size or seek advice from a professional.

Yes. Back2Sleep (formerly Nastent®) has been the subject of several clinical studies. The Pilot Study 2015 (6 patients, 1-month measurements with and without Back2Sleep, supervised by Dr. Makoto Sato, Professor of Sleep Medicine at the University of Tsukuba) demonstrated a 64% average AHI reduction (28.4 → 10.2 events/hour) and an oxygen saturation maintained above 96%+ overnight, measured by pulse oximetry.
Long-term measurements over one year confirm that consistent use of Back2Sleep lowers the AHI and improves breathing during sleep.

Yes. Some discomfort is normal during the first 3 to 4 nights, along with a foreign-body sensation while you get used to the tube.
Possible effects include difficulty inserting or removing the tube, a foreign-body feeling, a temporary dry cough, the tube shifting or coming out during the night and, rarely, a silicone allergy.
Stop and consult a doctor in case of nosebleeds, breathing difficulty, frequent nausea, severe pain, a tube that is discoloured, smelly or cracked, a clip that no longer holds, or accidental ingestion.
It should not be used by children, very restless sleepers, unconscious people, or people under guardianship unless they are supervised.
Check with your doctor before first use if you have breathing problems, nose or throat disorders, swollen tonsils, gastrointestinal problems or nose injuries. Do not use if you are allergic to silicone.
Each tube is for a single patient and can be reused up to 15 times. Replace the tube every 30 days after opening.
Sizes work like shoes — everyone has their own. The tip should sit 1 to 1.5 cm past the soft palate, just below the uvula. If it feels too short, choose a larger size; if it causes nausea, choose a shorter one. The Snorekit lets you try all four sizes (S, M, L, XL).
